Slim and intuitive to use

GoToMeeting is a slim designed and intuitive video conferencing software and was originally developed by video conferencing veteran Citrix. Then Citrix sold the successful video conferencing system to Logmein. Since then, the company has been responsible for the further development and support of the video conferencing software.

The solution is available as a starter version for up to ten participants. Or you can opt for the more comprehensive Pro version of GoToMeeting with more extensive functionalities.

GoToMeeting for large online conferences

With the GoToMeeting video conferencing system you can realize large online conferences with up to 250 participants. Your meetings are supported by a well-balanced mix of different functionalities from uncomplicated planning via Office calendar and Google calendar and participation with one click to convenient editing of shared documents.

If you start a conversation within a chat, it can easily be extended to a meeting with several people. Just as convenient is the personal meeting room, which is set up for you by the provider. This means that the invited participants always use the same link for their participation in the video conference.

Like any functional video conferencing software, GoToMeeting allows you to share files, applications or the entire desktop. Various drawing tools help you bring out details in the documents during the meeting. If necessary, they give one of the participants control of the mouse and keyboard. For brainstorming, GoToMeeting offers a virtual whiteboard for the Mac, where you can share ideas with other participants.
