The video conferencing software Lifesize Cloud presents itself as a cloud-based solution for video conferences with various room systems, smartphones, laptops or tablets.

To access the Lifesize Cloud, use the browser-based Cloud Web App via Google Chrome to intuitively schedule, start and manage any video conference. Alternatively, you can install the normal app from the manufacturer. With Lifesize Cloud, you can not only record video conferences, but also stream them live.

Lifesize Cloud for every video-capable end device

Although the combination of Lifesize Cloud and a video conferencing system from the manufacturer promises an optimal “out of the box” experience, the video conferencing software is also convincing in every respect when used with any other video conferencing technology. Because Lifesize Cloud works seamlessly with other devices. Therefore, you benefit from the numerous functionalities of the software regardless of the video conferencing technology used.

Videos are recorded and transmitted in innovative HD quality and you can organise spontaneous video calls just as easily as multipoint conferences with 25 participants simultaneously. The software is user-oriented, intuitive and comfortable. This also applies to the scalable subscription system, which allows you to customize the Lifesize Cloud to your individual requirements.

Like other video conferencing systems, Lifesize Cloud offers essential functionality such as file, application and desktop sharing and is the ideal solution for those who do not have their own infrastructure or do not want to operate it.

The desktop version of Lifesize Cloud requires at least Mac OS X 10.8 or Windows 7.8. For mobile devices, the video conferencing system supports the operating systems iOS 7.0 and higher, Android 4.0 and Windows V8.0 and higher.

The most important functionalities at a glance

With Lifesize Cloud, all endpoints share a common user interface and in addition to 25 participants per HD videoconference, an unlimited number of users dial in with a guest client. The following functionalities complement the extensive feature set of Lifesize Cloud.

Various dial-in options from direct dial to e-mail-based dial-in.
Up to 40 participants per virtual conference room are possible – guest calls are unlimited.
Comprehensive management and reporting – record and stream live with up to 10,000 participants.
